Scavenger hunt on Christmas Eve

It started with a picture and an umbrella on the fridge door.
The race is on!

The next clue was found at the pool.
This one led us to the mail area.

Everyone is getting a good look at the clues...

Rosalina collected umbrellas from each clue...

There were a couple more clues in between...

Sunny, one of our fellow staff members, joined us for the hunt!

Our final clue was at the sheep pen. It led us to a friend's house where we ate a turkey dinner (improvised from sandwich meat), opened presents and watched It's a Wonderful Life together. It was a beautiful and memorable evening. The last time we did a scavenger hunt at Christmas was the time we were in Namibia, Africa. Both times we were with our good friend Malissa. I'd say this is a perfect tradition to keep during warm Christmases - if we get to have them again, that is!
